internships

I'm interested in hearing about people's experiences with MSW and BSW field placements. Any particularly challenging situations come up for folks in their field work? How about really outstanding experiences in your internship?

    I'm really enjoying my internship at San Mateo County Children and Family Services. I'm working in the adolescent unit with PP cases, after care, ILSP and so on. The County really uses it's supporters and resources, such as other community based orgs. to offer a wide array of services to families. So far, Iv'e learned a lot...I'd like to hear from others too.
